From 2007 to 2023, I worked at IDEO as a writer on project teams, then on the Global Marketing team, then as a Workplace Experience designer. During that time, I penned a number of blog posts and internal communications on storytelling and workplace culture.
Since 2024, I've been back working with the IDEO Global Marketing team as a contract copywriter, developing project case studies and copyediting articles for their Thinking page.
